At Golden Paws Co., we work closely with trusted UK suppliers to deliver comfort, care and happiness straight to your dog’s doorstep.

Each order is carefully processed and shipped directly from our partners, so your items arrive safely and promptly — and always with love.

📦 Delivery Information:

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (1–4 working days): £3.99 on orders under £40
  • Free Delivery: On all orders £40 and above
  • Some heavier items may take slightly longer to arrive or incur a small surcharge if outside mainland UK (e.g. Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland).
  • Items may arrive in separate parcels if your order contains products from more than one supplier. Don’t worry — everything is on its way!

Next Day Delivery

We currently do not offer next-day delivery across all products, as we partner with multiple suppliers. Some individual brands may dispatch faster — we’ll always confirm your tracking details when available.

Dispatch Times:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

💛 Returns & Refunds:

We hope you and your dog love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please email hello@goldenpawsco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm the return address (this may vary depending on the supplier).

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
